If you are looking for somewhere to go to enjoy the River Severn in Worcester then what better place than the Worcester Canoe Club?

The Worcester Canoe Club provides a range of canoeing activities to suit all abilities. In practice all their activities are organised and run by their members on a voluntary basis, this means that the activities they arrange are based on what you the club's members are willing to organise.

Worcester Canoe Club UK currently have over a hundred members who predominantly focus on flatwater racing kayaks. However they do have members who participate in all aspects of canoeing.

Canoe and kayak sport can be a relaxing way to enjoy the river or as challenging as any extreme sport can be.  Whatever your interests, they can probably be accommodated at the Worcester Canoe Club be it just chilling out on the river severn on summer evenings or striving to represent your country in competitive Canoeing and Kayaking.

Paddle sport is now a popular water sport that is growing in popularity, so it is advised to sign up early for the introductory courses on offer at the Canoe Club.

Beginner courses start in late spring. Club membership includes use of a large selection of boats and equipment. Paddling machines and a small gym are also available at the club for land-based training too.

Private boat storage is available on request.
