Record Breaking Salsa Class


BBC Hereford and Worcester are attempting to break the world record for the biggest Salsa Class this summer to raise money for Children in Need. They need over two thousand people to turn up on July 19th at Sixways Stadium in Worcester and perform a simple 5 minute routine.

All you have to do is go along to any of the classes advertised, learn the simple dance steps, then buy your ticket for April's party night and practice in time for the record attempt in July. You don't even need to have a dance partner, just a pair of smooth soled shoes and a desire to help.

Details are available from BBC Hereford & Worcester Radio of ALL salsa organisations taking part, there's bound to be one near you because so many promoters are joining forces to work together on this project.
