Brother And Sisters Worcestershire Business Maintains Momentum Through The Recession

Property PA an innovative brother and sister company set up at the start of the recession are not letting this down turn effect their business.

Jarrett Southall, 29 and Fern Southall, 27 set up Property PA to offer a ‘Complete Residential and Rental Property Services' company to people and Estate/Letting agents across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire when they realised there was a gap in the market.

After working in Letting Agents for the past 8 years they realised that there was no company that offered people a full package along with good customer service - they set up the company from Ferns Cellar while still working full time and fitting business in evenings and weekends - to now both working in the business full time, with offices in Hallow and serving over 14 Agents in and around the local area.

Property PA offers a full range of services from General Property Maintenance, Gardening, Decorating, Cleaning to Rental Property Inventory Clerk services and Much more. 

Jarrett and Fern are now moving their business forward by going LTD in April 2010 and registering to become Trustmark and Fairtrade recognised.

Fern Said ‘We have such a passion for our business and customers, we found dealing with contractors ourselves how unreliable and unfriendly they can be, we wanted to change this ethos and make customer service paramount to our business. The next year is going to be so exciting and we cannot wait to help more people and agents'
